Where can I buy a gift voucher?
Log in to your account, scroll down to the footer, and click on Gift Certificates under My Account. You will be redirected to the Purchase a Gift Certificate page. Fill in all the necessary details and proceed to checkout.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Log in to your account and go to your Shopping Cart. Under "What would you like to do next?", select Use Gift Certificate. Enter your code into the voucher field and proceed to checkout.
Important: Select Free Checkout under Payment Method if the voucher covers the entire order amount.
What happens if I share my purchased voucher code?
Anyone with the code can use it as long as there is an available balance remaining.
What are the minimum and maximum purchase amounts for a voucher?
You can purchase vouchers ranging from PHP 300 to PHP 1,000.
Can I still use a voucher that has a remaining balance?
Yes. Any remaining balance will be applied to your next purchase and deducted from your total checkout amount.
When does my voucher expire?
Vouchers do not expire. You can use your voucher until the balance reaches zero.
Why is my voucher not working?
Your voucher may be entered incorrectly, invalid, or its balance may already be fully used.
What are the different types of vouchers?
There are two types:
Coupon Codes: Provide percentage or fixed discounts and limited-time offers, typically distributed during special promotions.
Gift Certificates: Can be purchased at any time and emailed directly to your chosen recipient. These contain a specific monetary balance redeemable at checkout.
Can I use multiple vouchers in a single transaction?
No. Only one (1) voucher can be applied per transaction.
Are vouchers refundable?
No. Gift certificates are strictly non-refundable, as stated in the agreement acknowledged before completing your purchase.
